기본적으로 제공되는 무료조식과 언제든지 이용가능하고 매일 리필되는 신선한 과일과 돌아다닐때 들고 다니기 편한 생수 제공과 매일매일 청소해주고 필요한만큼 쓸 수 있는 타월등 다른곳에서 숙박하면 숙박할 수록 이곳에서 제공되던 서비스가 그리워집니다. 숙소에서 30분내로 런던내의 거의 모든 관광지도 갈 수 있으며 직원분들의 응대도 인종차별같은 문제없어 언제든 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점을 꼽자면 런던튜브 기준으로 2-3존에 위치해서 오이스터카드로 지하철이용시 추가요금이 더 과금되는점입니다. 하지만 버스를 이용하면 신경 쓰지 않아도 되는 부분이라 큰 문제없을 것입니다. 진짜 5박6일동안 편하게 지내다 다른곳으로 이동했으며 다시 런던여행을 가게될시 다시 한번 투숙할 의향이 있는 가격대비 아주 좋은 호텔입니다!

시내 중심이랑은 대중교통으로 한시간정도 걸리는 한적하고 조용한 전원주택 단지에 있어서 조용하고 좋아요

엑셀과 가까운 거리, 아쉬운 시설
엑셀런던에 출장 차 왔는데 엑셀과 거리가 가까워 오고 가기 좋았습니다. 아침 식사 제공과 음료 및 과일 역시 무제한 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 다만 체크 인시 카드로 결제하면 추가로 5퍼센트의 금액이 더 추가한다는 사실을 몰라서 당황했습니다. 이 부분은 반드시 사전에 홈페이지에 고지되어야만 합니다. 또한 화장실 세면대가 막혀서 물이 잘 안내려가고 코가 쓴 냄새가 난다는 점, 주변에 방음이 잘 안된다는 점이 안타깝습니다. 1박에 20만원 넘는 금액인데 솔직히 방은 7평이 안되는 고시원 수준임을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

The room was in a building across the road and not the main hotel it was above a very busy grocery shop and a extremely busy noisy road, I did not get any sleep at all. My car was broken into. I booked this hotel for specifically safe car park, but there was no space and was pushed into leaving my car on the road, assuring me if was safe. The staff there did not show any concern other than offering tape to patch the damage . They didn't even offer any sort of consolation. They knew they were in the wrong but decided to avoid taking blame in a way by staying silent when it was their fault for not having space in their car park. The bed had tiny hairs on it and in it including pubic hairs which put me right off and I avoided laying directly on the bed. I basically slept on the duvet. The buses, trucks and the noisy shop were a nightmare. The tap in the shower was not working properly, at one point the water went completely off, then I moved the tap around and it started working again. Lucky I checked this before getting in, in the end I didn't have a shower. My stay was terrible from start to finish. Never again I will stay here if I can help it. Hot room, no air con and if you open the window for cooling, the noise is diabolical, you might as well sleep on the pavement outside.

Super friendly staff!! Nice connection with public transport. Located just outside the city ring, you can decide for yourself whether you want some peace and quiet or the hustle and bustle.

We had an amazing stay here at the Prince Regent Hotel and will definitely be coming back!! The location was perfect with the train station a walking distance away, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough!!

If you want to stay in London but not so much in a city this is a hotel for you. It was convenient to the rail that takes you to the heart of London and (not the underground tube) which I loved for my daily adventures. There were also convenient stores and food places nearby. The neighborhood had a suburb vibe which was nice and everyone was friendly.

The staff were great, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is very close to the docks and the exhibition centre. The room was clean and tidy and so was the bathroom.

Arrived at the hotel 9 am due to travelling from abroad, the staff managed to get us a room 5 hours before the normal check in. It helped a lot with our bag and time to relax a bit before heading out to O2 arena. Highly recommend this hotel
