제대로 관리가 안된 호텔이었습니다
공항으로 가는 급행열차가 패딩턴역에서 출발한다는 이유로 선택하겠다는 호텔이었는데 들어가보니 방 청소도 다 안되어있고 창문도 열려있었고 과엔리가 제대로 안된 호텔이었습니다. 프런트 데스크 보는 직원의 태도도 불쾌했으며 조식할때도 직원관리가 제대로 안되어서 들어가자마자 주문한 티가 식사가 끝나가도록 안나왔습니다. 다시는 가고싶지얺은 호텔입니다.

별 한개도 아까움. 청소도 제대로 안해주고 요청을 해도 무시함. 사설은 다 고장 나서 와이파이 등등 되는게 없음. 조식은 안먹는게 나음

location is very good, and nice staffs. But the Room was too tiny and lift is usually out of service.

Ridiculously overpriced for what you get
On arrival we asked a few questions to the reception guy but he was not the friendliest and really didn’t want to take time to speak to us Every time we popped to reception the staff were outside the front door smoking We expected a cooked breakfast, instead we had damp cereal that had clearly been in the tub for a long while and hard croissants Room was tiny

If you are looking for A place to sleep and nothing more, it’s quite alright. We ate all our meals outside the hotel, because We did not expect much of the hotel breakfast.

Close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, great location. Hotel itself is a bit worn out, not so tidy, but good enough for The cost. We stayed at three persons room and it was surprisingly spacious.

The room was so small I had to leave it to change my mind. While everything was clean, it was hard to move around and the best was very hard. Location is fab and staff lovely but rooms leave much to be desired.

Nice area
Nice cozy room at the top of the building, the hotel emailed us in advance to warn us it is a small room! NIce area and easy walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Clean and mostly comfortable room, but the window handles were falling off / had fallen off the frame and so it was not easy to close them. Also the pillows were really firm which did not suit us.

My mother in law and I stayed here for a one night stay. We were greeted by a nice receptionist and check in was smooth and easy. He explained the directions to our room and off we went. We had to go down a set of very steep stairs to get to the ground floor, en route there was hotel items crammed into every corner, behind doors, in the corridors. There was a very narrow corridor which you would struggle to get a suitcase through. Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to see it was very outdated (think 90’s decor). The bathroom isn’t for for purpose, poor layout, and absolutely NO room for you to place down your toiletries. The sink took a dry long time to clear, when you were washing your face or rinsing your teeth. The shower was powerful though.

This room is unbelievably small including the tiny, tiny bathroom. It really is only for one person not two. Any interaction with staff was rude. Would not stay here again.
