저렴하지만 그만큼 감내해야되는 숙소
사파이어호텔을 예약하였으나 펄호텔에서 체크인을하고 숙소는 에메랄드호텔이었습니다. 숙소가 있는 건물에 다른이름의 여러 호텔이 있었고 그 건물의 몇개 구간을 쓰는 듯하였습니다. 싼값에 1인실을 사용할 수 있었지만 숙박기간동안 룸클린 같은것은 전혀 없었으며 24시간 프런트운영이라도 되어있지만 마지막날 다음 행선지로 이동하기위해 일찍 체크아웃을 하려고하니 프런트에 아무도 없었습니다. 숙소 내 방음도 부실한편입니다. 주요 지하철역과도 다소 떨어져있어서 가격이 저렴할수밖에없는 숙소인듯합니다.

냉장고는 작동안됨 날씨가 그나마 쌀쌀해서 다행이었지 여름이었으면 에어컨도없어서 더워죽었을지도ㆍㆍㆍ 샤워실바닥은 배수도 잘안되고 샤워기는 더럽고 화장실 불이안켜진다고 두번이나말하니 미러라이트쪽확인해서 쓰라고하고 다시는 안오고싶은곳 그나마 여행중 2일만써서 다행이었음 절대비추입니다 한국으로치면 여인숙수준입니다 절대절대 가지마세요 도로가에 있는건물이라 소음에민감한분 절대비추 경찰차 가끔다니는데 사이렌소리가 엄청납니다

It's a good value nice hotel^^! local ,train, bus, walking good for park close hotel. renovation is good! british style and clean room. good bathroom, quality place! including breakfast is simple. but hotel staff's all kindly. but reception when i was check inn a little problems and i feel unkindly men's but it's my faul from i understand thems. totaly kindly all and good clean beautiful hotel^^!! i recommend here!! 시내중심가 바로 옆에 있고 평소엔 약간 비싸지만 저는 세일기간중 묵었었는데 더블룸을 6만원대에 묵었고 런던에서 정말 착한 가격에 새로 리노베이션한 호텔에 운좋게 묵을수 있었습니다. 리셉션과 식당이 있는 건물과는 건물 4개 옆에 있었지만 몇발자국만 걸으면 되고, 오히려 직원들과 멀리 떨어져 있으니까 자유로워서 좋았네요^^ 새로 리뉴얼 해서 진짜 깨끗하고 샤워기 수압도 좋았습니다^^ 런던에서 이정도 룸에 시설과 아침식사까지 먹을수 있어서 좋았고 스크램블 애그와 토스트는 따로 주문하시면 만들어 줍니다. 뷔페 아침 테이블 보고 실망하지 마시고 테이블에 앉아 있으면 직원이 와서 토스트와 스크램블 애그, 커피 등을 주문받아서 바로 만들어 줍니다. 호텔 남자직원들이 너무 무뚝뚝하고 저는 체크인시 약간의 착오가 있어서 기분이 조금 나빴지만 호텔시설과 분위기에 금방 만족했습니다^^. 사진과 다른방을 줄수 있으니 꼭 확인하세요; 그리고 손님들 서로를 생각해서 계단을 올라갈때와 문을 열고 닫을때 좀 조용히 합시다!!.

I made a reservation at Sapphire Hotel. However, when I checked in, I was redirected to another hotel next to it. The name of the another hotel was not in the list of hotels.com. It seems to me they share one reservation system and a restaurant.

아쉽지만 잘 이용했읍니다..
사파이어 호텔에 예약을 하였는데 펄호텔을 사용하였음. 사파이어와 펄은 모양도 같았는데 왜 다른 이름인지 모르겠음. 방에는 에어콘 시설이 없고 샤워부스 문이 정확히 닫히지 않았음. 아침 식사는 계란2개에 빵이 나오는데 좀 부실 함. 그러나 방은 깨끗하고 무료 인터넷을 사용할 수 있어 좋았음.

여행의 마지막 날 숙박을 했는데 짐도 미리 맡아주시고 트윈룸 잡았는데 하나는 2인용 침대로 넓고 좋았어요 침대 욕실 다 깨끗하고 선풍기도 있었음 방음이 약간 안되고 커피포트가 좀 더러움

I originally had some apprehension with staying here based on other reviews, but I was looking for somewhere cheap- and WOW. I loved the stay here!! The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and the staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel as it’s just down the road from the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire (what we came for) and both of Shepherd’s Bush’s tube stations are less than a 10 minute walk away!! Additionally, many reviews mentioned that they booked Sapphire and were asked to stay in the Pearl (sister hotel) this was also the same case for us, however, instructions to do so were clear and simple so don’t worry. A 5/5 star stay for sure, if I’m ever in Shepherd’s Bush again, this will be the hotel I choose!!

This is a clean friendly budget hotel. Stayed in a double room en suite. Was a bit like Harry Potter as it was under the stairs, however it was very quiet and the bed was sooo comfy almost slept as well as i would at home.

After I booked this hotel my partner read some terrible reviews about this hotel but they had a no refund policy so we still went ahead. Most of the bad reviews that I read all complained about staying in the Sapphire's sister hotel, the Pearl. For us and for the price we paid (Around £55.00 per night) it was ok. The decor wasn't bad and the beds were clean and comfy. The only thing that let it down was the poor shower pressure, the rusty soap holder (it was so bad the whole holder was literally brown with rust) and it could do with a lick of paint here and there. But as I said for the price we paid it was ok.

I really liked the location of the property which is close to many shoppings and convenient stores. But the walls of the room were presenting stains of molds. Besides they can improve the facilities in the rooms by adding a tray for tea and coffee bags, cutterly, glasses and not one or two plates and a microwave. I did kot appreciate the fact that they lodged me neither in Sapphire hotel nor in Pearl hotel but in another sister hotel of Sapphire hotel which was next to it.

A small room in the basement for 3 people. No small table, only one bedsize table for three people set and a bottom in a bed. No sense... No small light by the bed. The radiator wasn't working. It was cold. Bathroom clean. In the corridor, I suspect that a large number of bags are stored with bedding, which gives the impression of being in a warehouse

Although I was offered Sapphire’s sister property when I checked in (which was annoying), the overall property was decent. No elevator so lots of stairs to climb if your on the top floor. A bit noisy with outside traffic at all times. Good access to transport links and restaurants etc.
