The Mayfair Townhouse is a jewel. I took the smallest room and it was adorable and very comfortable and not at all cramped. Staff could not have been nicer. Easy access to the highlights of London. Loved, loved, loved it!

Lovely staff. Small but perfectly appointed rooms, very well situated. Only small gripe is cupboard space for clothes is too small for over two days

It was disappointing that an expensive hotel in Mayfair with room rates in excess of £500/night doesn’t keep the bar open after 11pm. The first evening I got back to the hotel at around 11:10, and waited in the bar while one of the staff spent 10 minutes chatting to two female customers having just served them and then came over to tell me that the bar was closed … but for me he could offer some bottled beer, but nothing else. The following evening was only marginally better in that they told me as I walked into the bar at 11:15 that no service was possible. Disappointed- and won’t be staying again in the future.

Property was nice. Concierge was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was cozy with nice touches throughout making the stay comfortable. Location was on a quiet street situated away from crowds but perfectly accessible to the areas you want to be in.

Loved our time here. Great location, great staff, great room. Fully recommend. Only tick against it is the leaky shower door, but I’m digging deep to find something to complain about - didn’t impact our happiness at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was perfect and quaint, very comfortable, and was great for a short stay. The staff were so helpful and wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully appointed, the hotel is very modern but retains a classic feel. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location could’t get much better for London.

Given room in basement, with partial view of noisy alley and barely room for two bags and 2 people. Their interpretation of quirky was mine of dungeon. Good thing I paid extra for classic room, couldn’t imagine one worse. Manager, Ben, took care and provided nice room in daylight.

An "okay" hotel. Certainly well located. Perfect location really. The price of the room in relation to what the room was.....not well aligned. You pay for the location not the lodging and they know it, and make the most of it. If you have cash and value the location then this is a spot for you. If some extra steps are not a concern you can exchange those steps for better value elsewhere.

The showers have real pressure and are amazing. There is not much storage room for luggage. If you are packing heavy make sure to ask for a room that has real closet space and drawers. Ours had no drawers or space for our wheelies. Beds are super comfortable.

The room and bathroom were extremely small, even for a superior room. Carpet on the floor. There is not much around the area; it is very quiet. If you book through Expedia, you cannot leave a day earlier if you need it. You are stuck there. The front desk personnel was rude.
