Very neat hotel in a good area very close to the underground Earl's Court station. Staff were friendly snd professional. Breakfast was sumptuous with awesome staff. Room was adequate sized, with comfortable bed. Window can be opened to let cool air in. Hotel is located to several restaurants, but we particularly enjoyed the short walk to a good Filipino restaurant, Lutong Pinoy several nights for dinner.

Older facility. Small but clean and quaint rooms. Very comfortable beds, hot showers and quiet surroundings. Breakfast was a wonderful variety of coffee, tea, fruits, breads and meat. Staff was very accommodating who truly loved their job!

Hotel location good for London. About a 6 minute walk to the Earls Court underground station with direct access to/from Heathrow airport. Also close to the 74 bus line which services the Museum district, Harrods, Buckingham Palace. Every hotel worker we met cheerful and helpful. Really good stay

Wonderfully clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, and the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. My only quibble is the shower in my room was pretty dreadful, but when I mentioned it on checkout, notes were taken and it’s going to be fixed.
