A beautiful manor hotel with delicious food and the best smelling toiletries I’ve had used! We stayed for a night as we were going to a gig at Tottenham Hotspur. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. We ordered room service (a halloumi burger and a cheese toastie), absolutely delicious! There were two fans in our room which we definitely appreciated during the heatwave. The grounds are stunning. Will definitely stay again!

Hotel is set in beautiful grounds; also close to Piccadilly line underground station. Standard rooms have no air conditioning. All in all lovely place. I will definitely stay again.

Staff on reception and housekeeping were great. They were able to get us early check in, offered to help with bags etc to the room. It was a busy day/evening as we were there for a wedding, however most of the time just one person serving at the bar and not friendly. We had 2 rooms, one was a little tired/needed updating. The second was better. On a hot sunny day both rooms were very very hot! I was on second floor/dorma style rooms and the corridor had a damp/foisty smell. Plenty of parking. Grounds of hotel are lovely.
