Glad for luggage check in option. Sheet had stain on it and needed to be replaced. Hard time getting prompt resolve on this. It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. ...

Decent wifi for a budget hotel (5-10mbps), helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and generally clean throughout; light on amenities with most vending machines not working. Important to note that the post-checkout luggage storage is NOT free, and costs £15 per item.
