“I was looking for a nice place to stay near my daughter in the Hawthorne neighborhood, and Evermore Guesthouse turned out to be the perfect spot. The location made it easy to come and go, my room was peaceful and quiet, and I especially appreciated the 24-hour kitchen stocked with bagels, pastries, cereals, granola bars, hard-boiled eggs, tea, coffee, juice and more. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

"The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesn’t seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim it’s mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40–50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they weren’t particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but I’ll likely try other hotels next time."
