"Staff was very attentive. They had people help with our luggage. The room didn't have a minifridge as I had requested which had to be brought in for an extra charge. There was no microwave in the room or coffee maker. Did come with 2 free bottles of water. There was only 1 wash cloth upon arrival. I had to ask for more at the front desk for my husband and I. Bartender was rude and drinks were overpriced for the quality. Staff was closing the outdoor area early despite customers still being on the observation deck during buisness hours. Room was clean and temperature was fine having access to open window ports. We enjoyed the Haunted stay and had a few paranormal experiences in the hotel room. Beautiful ship. Bed was comfy."

"The property is in a great location for a fun stay in downtown Long Beach. You can walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, and other venues. The rooftop pool is very nice. The only downside was you do have to self-park in a nearby parking structure and walk back to the hotel."

"It was very centrally located, on the corner of 2 major streets. It was unique due to it being in the shape of a cylinder. The room was simple and clean Very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We door dashed and the food was delivered directly to our room. It was a very comfortable stay I would stay there again."
