“Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

“It's very cleaned and new built hotel. All staff of Iconic Hotel is very kind and nice. They always tried to handle my request. It's 30minute far from City center of Vungtau, But Very peaceful and nice place. ”

“I stayed at the Tower Building of Melia Ho Tram for three nights. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel reception staff was quite difficult because their English was limited. The staff at the other restaurants, Breeza and Sasa, also had difficulty communicating in English, with Muoi being the only exception. There is practically nothing around the resort, and surprisingly, there isn't even a convenient place within the resort where you can buy something as basic as bottled water. Due to...

“Great spacious room good view great tv great aircon great hotwater so for me it is 5 stars”

“It's not like a five-star hotel. Employees outside the reception cannot communicate in English. Of course, the staff are very friendly. There is also a lizard in the room. There is a lot of lizard poo in every corner of the room. Housekeeping knocks on the door even if you leave the two sick disturbances on. Wow, it's a hotel! I will never go to this hotel again after paying for a five-star hotel.”

“The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style unless there are too few guests in which case you get menus. It's old fashioned style hotel and it does show its age in the rooms. Rooms are generally clean although the carpet could use a good cleaning. I'm trying not to be too critical. The hotel is in a perfect location near the beach and the Lotte Mart supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away. I would stay here again.”

A well-located local residence hotel. It has three rooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living...

“Description on Expedia of the property is inaccurate. This hotel is not on the beach and has no access to the beach at all. Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming. One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities.”
