“Room was not ready when arrived. The manager at time was parked in front of hotel and in car.Finally got into room, was not room we paid ahead for. Was not the walk-in shower, did have grab bars and lower tub. Husband called and was told was not what reserved. He was told was not what reserved and they did not have one, as they were fully booked. Next morning, main manager, tried to fix, but we jad already unpacked and were leaving for a tour. “In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time”

“Overall good stay! The room had everything we needed and smelled very clean. Appears outdated, but I don’t mind that. The breakfast supplies looked like they had not been cleaned in ages, specifically the waffle maker. Check in and out was easy!”
