"We received a very warm and helpful welcome on arrival. Room was clean and to a modern standard. Bathroom excellent Spacious room. Property well positioned to enable us easy access to Stratford where we had come to visit. We didn't have the breakfast as we needed to leave early so unable to comment on this aspect. "

"Good hotel, plenty of free parking, clean and comfortable room with everything you need, good buffet breakfast and genuinely nice staff. Only criticism would be the bar, we were told at reception that the tavern bar was open from 15.00 until 22.30 but when we went to the entrance door could see staff inside but the door was closed. Went again next day which was the same but found entry was through the restaurant which no one told us, several people appeared to do the same while we were there, should be a sign on the door to explain how to enter, or just open the door."

Feels like rooms are rented "by the hour" sort of place. Hotels.com approached to get a refund but they replied with "unable to contact hotel" type answer. Another lazy property owner not doing the basics. Owners should be ashamed. Do not believe the advertising. "
