전체적으로는 괜찮은 호텔임
약간의 주차료 발생 제하면 만족합니다. 다운타운 한가운데에 있어서 빌딩숲 구경하기도 좋고 스테이플스 센터도 가깝습니다. LA 숙박비 감안하면 숙박비도 괜찮았어요. 추천드립니다.

호텔은 작지만 그나마 깨끗하게 정돈이 되어 있기는 합니다. Front 직원들도 상당히 친절합니다. 그러나 옆건물인지 호텔 건물에서 발생하는 매우 심한 진동이 밤에 잠을 자기 힘들게 합니다.

Great service with clean room
Clean and spacious room with great service from front desk but location-wise, there's construction going on nearby which may affect your sleep quality (only one side of the hotel affected). However front office staff was kind enough to switch me over to the less noisy side.

옆건물공사로 너무시끄러웠습니다.열심히 룸메이크업해주셨지만 만족스럽진않았고 습기가 많았던거같애요.행사가 주변에 있어서 어쩔수없이 있었던거같애요

The hotel was just okay. The room as soon as we got in had an “aquarium” smell… we turned on the AC and it sort of hid the smell. The room looked old, not dirty but definitely not clean. The room was also very dark, no sunlight at all. Our wonderful window faced a concrete wall… The breakfast option was nice but all the bakery items were stale and hard as a rock. The restaurant attached to the hotel was closed. They give you two water bottles on arrival but there is no water refilling station. The gym was a corner room and one machine was not even working. Again, no sunlight. Would not recommend.

This is a hidden gem in downtown LA! The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service in every respect. My room was spacious, comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed (and more). The area isn't fantastic at night (which is typical of all of downtown LA), but the presence of security outside the hotel was reassuring. Its proximity to the metro, eateries and entertainment venues such as Crypto.com and LA Live is a huge bonus. I cannot fault O Hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

The employees were amazing. Very sweet and gave easy directions on how to park and how to enter the hotel/elevators with your room key. The room was a bit small but good for one night. I do wish it had more charging outlets. A piece of the floor was coming up and the shower door liner came undone. The shower was weirdly designed and couldn’t be turned on unless you were in the shower and the water would shoot you in the face with cold water. The bed was not great that was probably my biggest complaint. Super firm and springy mattress. Not the best on my neck. Next time I will bring a better pillow. Again for one night it was worth it. The employees made my stay really nice. Great customer service. Give them a raise.

The hotel is clean and staff are nice and willing to assist with all your needs. Before booking I’d recommend calling and seeing if all that’s shown are available. The Spa and the restaurant out front are currently not available. So I had to Alter my Spa day plan which was disappointing for me . They offer breakfast and free gym access on property and across the street. which was spacious and nice . Hopefully in the future the only thing I can say what will make the suits standout is expanding at least one of the bathrooms. Space wise. My room was exactly how the pictures looked . And that was amazing. Overall I was happy and felt welcome . Just a few nicknacks the area is not the cleanest and the noise from the people in the street is something the hotel can not control so you just have to deal with it . 2nights out of my 5night stay the homeless people just start singing so loud and making random noises early in the mornings like 3am. Woke me up .! but that’s not the hotels fault it’s just the Area . A lot of things in the area food, shopping etc. the lady that checked me in was so accommodating . Thank you

Noisy room, you can hear everything from other rooms, smells weird. Amazing Staff. Great location but not coming back.

Great room
The stay was nice but the noisy business in the back of the hotel wouldn't allow me to sleep in I was in room 514 which is the last room in the back.

Amazing rustic, atmosphere at breakfast. The Wyndham has made the building bright and fresh with cordial personal service. It is between other buildings so a no view will be expected.
