There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The outlet by the sink didnt work. The pool was accessible. Pretty much the worst place i have ever stayex.

I booked a NON SMOKING room. The lady at the front desk told me it was Expedia’s fault for sending them a confirmation for a SMOKING room. I even showed her my confirmation. Then she told me the only rooms they have left were NON SMOKING would be an upgrade from a king to 2 queens. You would think that they would be nice enough to honor my NON SMOKING room and give me a free upgrade but no, they charged me $20 more. Afterwards, I called Expedia and they said the at they would never give a confirmation of a NON SMOKING however send the motel a different confirmation. At this point, it was already too late. I had checked into the room already and the hotel did a great job conning me! The room was dilapidated. Dirty carpet, dirty bathtub, filthy microwave and fridge. And the tv didn’t work! I would never stay here again.

The water was brown in the shower. People were up all night. Heard a woman scream a couple times during the night. Men were hollering around. Handtowels were worn thin. For the price, i expected a little more from the hotel.

Rooms are pretty big, refrigerators actually work really well, water pressure a plus, loved it, staff very nice and respond to your needs the best they can to make your stay be great. I would definitely come back and stay, area around not to bad not loud and no one bothers you...

My family and I have nightmare to stay at this hotel, I booked the room for 5 people but when I see it. for 4 people. Misleading. Room were not ready when we arrived at the hotel at about 5 PM. Staff told us to wait 15 to 30 minutes. In side the room smell so bad and so dirty everywhere in the room. Clorox Clean-Up M Spray in the room to kill smell. 3 Cockroaches about thumb side were in room. Also mosquitoes were flying in the room. We ask to give us compensation back for misleading for room and dirty room. If you need proofs, we have pictures and can send you by email.

Deceiving hotel, nothing like the photos, mold in the bathroom, no trash cans, we asked for another set of towels as we had used the 2 they had and they said they had none to use the sheets! Never again
