Best location in Santa Monica. Right in front of the Beach in a quiet are with public parking available and very walkable to the Pier and all the restaurants.

I love how quaint and clean the place is. I enjoyed the restroom being clean I’ve been in hotels with questionable restrooms. Cleaning ladies came back after we asked them to come back later. The view is great. Walking distance from the beach and pier by not too close where all you get is noise. I enjoyed the rental bikes they had they were cute and affordable and fun and the extra security gate made me feel safer

Super endroit , bien placé, super service, très propre. Je vous recommande de faire la location de vélo, ce fut vraiment agréable en famille.Le seul point négatif... beaucoup d'itinérance donc soyez vigilent!

Loved the location! The rooms were comfortable (nice bedding) and really appreciated the hot tip re: free overnight parking (right out front). Would definitely stay in this cute, amazingly situated, small motel again.

This property was in a wonderful location across from the beach and walking distance to the Pier. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. Clean, quiet, highly recommend!

Great location and price
Arrived and staff was super friendly and accommodating. This motel is of an older era, but it is so charming! You can tell that there have been updates made and done in very good taste. We were in an ocean view with kitchen and it was perfect! Security is also very good and attentive. Parking can be tight, but wasn’t really ever an issue. Great value for what you get in an accommodation and location was perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants not to mention the ocean! I would definitely return.

Parking was atrocious. Had to do 7 point turns to get out sometimes. Shower floor had a crack in it. Window Curtains had some stains. TV didn’t work the first night.

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful stay. Location is fantastic, hotel was clean and room was spacious (family of 4 with 2 teenagers). We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Gates at all entry points helped us feel even safer. The room was cleaned and made up, including fresh towels, daily. The hotel has beach chairs and towels available free to take to the Beach. Personnel were very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location.

Really nice location, close to main street where you can find little restaurants, cafes and so on and basically across the road from the Ocean. The rooms are spacious enough and clean, parking around the property is convenient (and if there is no parking, you can pay a fee to park in the property). All the staff encounters were positive, kind people. A suggestion: update the carpets, they make the room feel older than it really is :)

Great place to stay with all amenities you would need including a kitchen. Large room and bed and clean large bathroom. Suited our needs perfectly. Late checkout option helped with a late flight out.

Close to the beach and walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier, but had to park on the street and got a ticket for street sweeping at 7am with no signs posted. Room was clean and new bathroom fixtures and bed was comfortable. Overall good, except for the parking situation.

Good in a crunch
The office manager was great and allowed us to check in early. Very good location with an easy walk to the beach, pier and Maim Street activities. The hotel photos do not match the actual rooms or property. The foot of our bed was higher than the head.
