The location of the property to Pico was excellent, this was the highlight. Basic amenities were provided for. After a long flight from Australia, arriving 7am, I wasn’t able to check in until 3pm which was hard. My room smelled as if someone had been sleeping in it for a week; it wasn’t aired out. Room service is only on request, wish was surprising. The overall property cleanliness standard was below average, with stains on the outdoor furniture, a broken bed frame and excessive dust. The fitness center was big enough to stand in it only, with a few missing weights and very limited facilities - this was a disappointment. Overall, I would stay there again for the location and the basic amenities.

Comfortable bed. Clever decor. Quiet surroundings. However, Wi-Fi slow as molasses. Bathrooms and carpet older/dated. Room smelled damp and musty, got marginally better with the AC fan turned on.
