공항에서 셔틀버스 운행이 불규칙하고 셔틀버스의 싸인이 명확하지 않아 기사님께 여러번 문의하는 번거로움이 있었습니다. 방의 창문을 열어 놓으면 소음과 매연이 방으로 들어와 불편하였고, 프런트 데스크 직원들의 설명이 부족하여 재차 문의하게 되었습니다.

You may have to share the hot tub with children. That I did not like. No one is in the pool area to monitor that activity. They have parking but it’s expensive - $49 a day! That’s way too much! There is no where to park on the streets.

The Breakfast option at the Embassy Suites was not as good as in the past. The food was very limited and took a long time to get an omelette. They didn't offer pancakes and waffles. The fruit selection was only oranges.

I checked in room late due to only room and wasn’t clean and they never told me the room was ready i called customer service after they placed me on hold they told room was ready check in is at 4pm which that is very late but didn’t check in until 4:30-4:45pm… they only offered a different room with no price difference i asked about drinks and it sure if it’s this location but they only offer one wine or beer you have to pay for alcohol … breakfast ok no longer have bacon or another type of meat just sausage patties that didn’t look done to me … omelets made but 1 person line extra long it had different meats but that was ridiculous and they don’t have them on Sundays …. Snacks ok in room but definitely better choices on drinks/water selection… check in was definitely a major no for me because we had been there since 9:30am and i had requested once for early check in and me seating in lobby and nobody updating me or etc no real accommodations for it either

Only thing I didn’t like about my stay was some protesters across the street making noise multiple times a day, and very early in the morning too. This wasn’t the embassy’s fault tho lol

The A/C wasn't working the front desk stated that it should be working. We slept in heat because we were tired to ask to move. Plus the parking ended up being 71 dollars instead of the 54 the front desk told us. The bar/restaurant was good. Got a complimentary drink.

We loved staying here the night before our flight. The place is beautiful and the room incredibly spacious. My kids had fun in the indoor pool. Breakfast was perfect with so many options and omelette bar! We waited maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle and we’re at the airport in no time! Very convenient.

The staff, the cleanliness, property conditions were excellent! The free breakfast and made to order omelets were delicious. Only negative was parking is almost $55 per night. There is a parking garage next door that charges $25 per night. Winnie, the mobile robot was cool to witness deliver items to your room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very old. Beds were uncomfortable. People were loud at night. They don’t clean bed frame, it was very oily and sticky. They charge $50 per night per parking. Breakfast was good. Shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly.
