It was my son's bday when we stayed there. Every staff there was so kind and gentle all the time. Would love to come again.

Good!
This hotel reminded me of a hotel in Maui, Hawaii. The lobby was beautiful and the massage on the first floor there was perfect. Even the restaurant where we had dinner was delicious, the servers were humorous and they knew how to treat their guests, but one of the front desk staff Talking arrogantly made me feel a little bad when I checked in. When I checked out, the other staff was friendly and acted quickly. It's close to the beach, so I plan to stay next time I go back, but I have to remember the face of the staff and check in with someone else. I don't want to hurt my feelings again.

Beautiful hotel, loved the homey but hip vibe all around. The hotel was a full house during the night of my stay, so all staffs were very busy. I think there are about 300 guest rooms here but only 2-3 staffs helping with the check-ins and check-outs. Expect 20-30 min to check yourself in or out. For such a beautiful hotel like fairmont, why place only 2-3 staffs for check ins? I understand the hotel is popular but it was not a completely pleasant experience because everythint was so slow to service. I booked a delux ocean view but the room was on the third floor i had to tip toe to see the ocean from my room.

Old hotel which gives it charm & character, but comes with the cost of doors which don’t close properly and broken toilets. Limited onsite restaurant options with 2 of the 3 not open 7 days of the week. Staff unable to provide recommended options off property.

Not worth the money. Incredibly disappointed with the rooms. I even changed rooms, but it was just as bad if not worse.

Everything about this property was great! Could have had The Bungalow lil quieter late in night but ah Hell, they were having fun! Great place and amazing staff!!

There is a bar at street level next to the hotel that played very loud music until 2 am both night we stayed. Our room was on the eight floor and our balcony was above the bar. Did not get a good night’s sleep either night.

The staff was very helpful in providing information and always willing to help with obtaining transportation and arranging outings for us. Food and service at the Fig was excellent. Our room was a deluxe premium facing the ocean was nice but very small. We were bumping into each other at times.

Property certainly has seen better days, the hotel is in need of a facelift. The rooms decorations are outdated and stuffy. We couldn’t take a shower the first morning, since the plumbing didn’t work, we were moved to another room and there also did the shower drip all night and couldn’t be shut off. The hotel didn’t offer any discount for the troubles. The staff however was amazing. Overall the stay was ok

Great Location. It felt like, by stating I was with my daughter we ended up on the kid floor. On the 2nd floor there was a great deal of street noise, combined with kid noise. The windows really need to be more insulated. Beyond the noise, place was cool. Thanks.

Only complaints were the room was almost 80 degrees F when I first walked in and needed engineers assistance to troubleshoot. Also, there wasn’t an in room dining menu so I called in room dining and they sent up a menu right away but they told me there was suppose to be a tablet to order from. I called the front desk and they said they would send one up but never did so I just called in my order.

This place is long in the tooth. Has food fr room service (took 45 min snd made omlet wrong) and lobby lounge.. Food was average to poor.. My room was super noisy from traffic.
