Staff wouldn’t clean our room despite the sign, wouldn’t take out the trash. Made one bed the first day and knocked to give us towels the second and that was it. Not enough rags or towels and even when asked they didn’t have enough to give us more than 2 rags. Generally very dinky property. Day staff was kind but the night staff at the front desk was always short and rude. Parking staff was always kind. Air con was good, tv was good, decently spacious room.

Great bed- supper comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Some of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was good since it was free. Nice rooms and clean for the most part. I did notice a very small stain on a comforter but I personally didn’t make a big deal about it. The shower could use an update since the pressure was not the best and the temperature of the water would change suddenly. The entertainment from the television can use a big upgrade either get smart tvs so guest can easily connect to different streaming services or get better satellite/ cable service. Overall it’s a good place to stay if you only need a place to sleep and not necessarily hang out in.
