The front desk was often unattended, especially in the morning until around 9:30 a.m., which made checking out a little difficult. Staff will assist you if you call, but I recommend letting them know your checkout time in advance. I also suggest bringing your own toiletries. That said, the location is good for the price, and I had a comfortable stay.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean as well. Its very close to the Hollywood Walk of fame off sunset boulevard. The parking isnt free but if going to the walk of fame that helps. The air conditioner works good and it should be cool enough. The pool was clean as well.

Everything was spot on, from cleanliness to polite staff. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, plenty of parking, and you felt safe. I would highly recommend this hotel, and i will definitely be staying here again in the future

Staff was amazing but hotel is old and worn out. Disgusting carpet with stains and horrible smell of urine throughout the entire room. Really disappointed. Located in a very bad area although it is central to the hollywood walk of fame.

The air conditioning worked well. Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, walls were dirty, bathroom wasnt clean, but you get what you pay for cant expect 5 stars at a two star place. Staff was very nice however.

Everything was near, only bad thing was our first room shower didn't work nor bathroom and sheets were dirty. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. But the new room was still pretty dirty pubes in the bathroom
