A lot of things to be fixed. it was't a JW class.
Long waiting lines anywhere you go, breakfask buffet and coffee shop, and valet parking...should fix the softwares. Expensive balet fee 55$ may be understandable, but poor quality of buffet in the morning should be refined. Overally $400+ room rate is overrated even though it was a big executive room. one more, too much noise from outside in the night.

Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience at our hotel. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations in regards to parking. Currently we offer a valet-parking rate which is comparable to the other properties in downtown, but I understand that city parking is expensive. We appreciate your business and hope you will continue to use our facility when in Los Angeles.

施設も綺麗でフリーウェイの出口からも近いためUberでの移動がスムーズだった。 湯船はあるが栓が締まらずお湯がためれなかったため改善してほしい。

Room was clean, AC worked well. Cleaning stuff did a wonderful job each day. Onsite dining is a bit expensive, but was good. Lots of walkable dining options. Area around can be a bit busy do to the location in LA Live but we had a great stay!

This location is the perfect place of going to an event at LA live or the convention center. The hotel is clean, friendly, lots of shopping options, lots of food options. And amazing staff.
