The Metro Plaza is a little dingy, but not dirty. Staff is helpful. Location is great. We didn't have a car but parking appears to be easy. A/C works well; water pressure in shower is quite good. We enjoyed our stay and would book there again.

The room was clean; the staff was helpful; best of all, it was an easy walk from Union Station. The room smelt a bit musty as if the shower wasn’t vented, and the furniture was clearly not new, but it was a good nights sleep at a good price.
