The location of this place is excellent. We attended conferences at the Dolby Theatre, which is just a 9-minute walk away. The room itself is nice and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
However, the reason for my low rating is the check-in process and cleanliness. You’re required to send a photo of your driver’s license via email or text, as there’s no one available to assist with check-in. Additionally, parking must be paid through an app that sends a code to your phone—after using it, my credit card was compromised.
Cleanliness was also an issue. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed; they were dirty when we arrived. Fortunately, I had read reviews on Google after booking and brought my own bed covers and comforter. Still, I didn’t feel comfortable due to hygiene concerns.
On the positive side, communication with the host was fast and efficient. This place has potential, but it urgently needs a more reliable cleaning team and a safer check-in process to protect guests’ personal information.
