Sweet dreams bed and breakfast made our stay in Sherman Oaks very special. It was so clean, comfortable, fun and relaxing! The hosts are so kind and thoughtful. I loved all the amenities available. Exactly and Better then we expected from our B&B. The host, Amy is such a fantastic person. The location is excellent, Walkability in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Ventura Boulevard is 15 minutes walk. Our daily breakfast were fantastic. Bed was comfortable. The shower and hot water was plentiful and we look forward to our next visit here.

Really nice place in a quiet neighbourhood, Amy (owner) is very sweet and will do her best to make you feel welcome. The place is a good base for all sightseeing in LA. Thumbs up from me.

We had a wonderful stay. Amy and Trish were so hospitable and helpful with recommendations and local advice. The breakfasts were amazing and they were happy to cater for dietary requirements, going above and beyond. The suite was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including appliances and cutlery, teas, etc. The outside space was also wonderful for enjoying the California sunshine in the mornings. Thank you all for a fantastic stay.

Like living in LA!

we had a very enjoyable 3 day visit at Sweet Dreams. it is located in a Sherman Oaks , a very nice upper middle class residential area of LA---and it felt like we were a full time resident there. the room was very comfortable--well stocked with everything you might need, there is a lovely back yard with a pool and hot tub. the hosts were very accommodating!

This was a great find! Clean, cute, and comfortable room, and the hosts thought of everything in regards to the kitchenette! We had the King Suite, which was the perfect size for two of us. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were very welcoming. There are a million dining options close by, and we chose to Uber or drive (5 minutes) versus walking (15 - 20 minutes). The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. We definitely look forward to returning!

Our host Amy is really nice and very accommodating. The room was perfect we enjoyed the pool and backyard and it is so quiet. Breakfast was really nice and Amy makes sure you have everything you need. We will definitely stay there again!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Amy was awesome - her breakfasts were even better - and the room was nice. We also found plenty to do locally - the Tipsy Cow and Castle Park were particular favorites. Would 100% stay again.

My wife & I stayed in the larger King Suite and were pleased with the size of the room and the amenities it offers. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean and well laid out. Lots of hooks for clothing and towels and two luggage racks so we didn’t even unpack our suitcases though the room has a nice large closet for hanging clothes. Our hosts were both very friendly and Amy is a great chef and made us delicious breakfasts. We both highly recommend Sweet Dreams B&B to anyone traveling in the SF Valley, Hollywood or LA.
