"I upgraded to a room with a microwave in refrigerator. It was a clean room very quiet hotel, even though it’s right on the interstate. There’s no breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming."

"Amanda the front desk person was super helpful with everything and worked fast to get me checked in. My door key failed and she was right on it. Very welcoming. They are waiting on beer and wine license and have keg fridge ready for when it's clearedup. I have stayed at this property before the remodel and it was nice then now modern and youthful"

"We had an issue with our billing, and unfortunately, Expedia passed the responsibility off to the hotel. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of speaking with Eloisa. What an impressive young lady! She handled the situation with such a calm, professional, and gracious demeanor. Even when dealing with a frustrating situation that wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, she remained patient, helpful, and composed. Eloisa is truly a rare gem in customer service. I sincerely hope management recognizes what they have in her. Employees like Eloisa can completely change a guest’s experience, and she certainly made a positive impression on us."
