โThis hotel is near enough the Bukit Bintang shopping areas to walk, but far enough that it doesnโt feel so hectic. Ongoing construction around the hotel though make the walk to Pavilion and Lot 10 a little difficult but nothing too bad. Peak hour traffic in the area though has intensified in the last few years, so expect jams coming to and leaving the hotel. โ
โThe property is well located; it's within walking distance or a short monorail/train ride to most attractions and lots of dining options. The pool is stunning and the washer/dryer is very handy. You'll need to supply your own pool and hand towels though. The check in process was more convoluted than it needed to be with the agent's preference for using messaging apps. Our major criticism would be that there are insufficient lifts for the building, with long waits around check in and check out...
โThe staff allowed us an early check-in and were very welcoming. The drain in the bath tub were clogged and it was resolved very quickly when the issue was brought to the reception's attention. The room was a bit old but overall very ideal location to do shopping and eat with very easy access to public transportation.โ
โI was pretty good hotel and I will stay again if I visit KL.
Good location, 5minutes to Bukit Bintang station, 10minutes to night market, alot of good restaurant around, especially perfect location for someone who loves shopping, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, hotel walkers are friendly, breakfast was decent.โ
