"The hotel is in need of a major renovation, and a deep, deep clean. When issues were brought up with the housekeeping manager, she was very apologetic and kind, however not all the issues were fixed (dried urine at the base of the toilet, fecal matter caked to the toilet bowl). The room just felt dirty. The pool area stunk, the lobby bar was vacant, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, the shower curtain rod was falling off, the shower curtain itself was stained and gross. I will not be staying here again. "

The toilet paper wasn’t even changed bedding was stained so you could tell the room wasn’t even cleaned when we go back I will never stay here again I’m so disappointed and I love Baymonts I have another trip in April and I’m staying in a baymount then and I’m thinking of canceling that hotel due to this stay "
