"Had two rooms reserved. Arrived to check in first room. We were given a nasty uncleaned room. Went back down and was given a new room. Arranged for the second room to be checked in by providing the name of the person staying as they would arrive near midnight. Spelled the name three times. Just after midnight I awoke and saw a missed call and text from the second party that the attendant gave them a lot of trouble checking in. The guy rudely well said we had her name wrong. So I approached the desk in the morning before realizing that the dates on the breakfast vouchers were wrong, and asked to speak to the manager about all of the challenges. While the lady was emailing the manager the male attendant came over and said is this about your daughter that checked in? I replied partially and explained why I was upset. He came back over again after trying to defend himself with “policy, and we messed up giving wrong name” and said so what is the actual problem. I replied that for the amount we paid, I expected better service and treatment. He said “whatever dude” and stormed off. Afterward we went to breakfast and noticed the wrong dates. The lady fixed that but then later our other guests were in line and eating and Josh was trading out the food on the hot bar and slung a spoon across the tray and hit one of the members of the party. Not a very pleasant stay for almost $900 for two nights. No response from the management."
