“Dirty outside. Cramped room. Almost like it was not intended to be an occupied room. No bedside lamp, zero plug-ins for chargers etc. Bathroom was filthy. Dirty floor, empty shampoo bottles and grunge by the toilet. ONE towel, no face cloths or hand towels. No plug for the tub so my kid couldn't have a bath. TV only worked if you logged into your own paid subscriptions like Netflix, etc. A big disappointment. We wanted somewhere nice to stay the night before arriving in Vancouver to visit...
