"This was our second time staying at the Hyatt Centric while vacationing in Key West. The hotel never disappoints. It’s always clean and well maintained. The staff is outgoing and helpful and the location is perfect. It’s walkable to everything in Key West and once we arrive the car stays parked in the onsite parking. "

"This was my first time at this property. It is really a beautiful, boutique, like hotel with beautiful amenities, both inside and out. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean and comfortable. Rooms are slightly dated, but it works well with the overall feel of the property. The grounds are stunning! The staff was nothing but perfectly accommodating , friendly, and helpful the whole time I stayed there. I would highly recommend this hotel."

The fun desk staff and guides were outstanding and the bartender for most of our stay treated us wonderfully and always made sure were hydrated! Nothing about our visit was disappointing while there! "This was our first time staying at Havana Cabana. The hotel we typically stay at recently changed their name so we decided to try someplace new and I’m glad we did. The hotel is like stepping into another country from the moment you walk in. The pool is like sitting in an island oasis. The staff was attentive and super nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle driver was friendly and full of suggestions if needed. We will stay here again. Ps… the hotel is under construction, mainly its annoying if you sit next to it at the pool, but when the dj was playing we could hardly hear a thing"
