The lady at front desk, Cristina had attitude. I add another night on my room and look like didn’t want to do it. So is pleasant to start a day with an attitude. I don’t care if she was having a bad day. That not a way to treat customers I was on room 3321

Christina, front desk supervisor/ mgr, was friendly and welcoming. She remembered us, felt refreshing. The room decor was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was average, no complaints. The kitchen staff was attentive. Overall, great place to stay in Lubbock. Very pleasant stay twice in a month.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Seemed as though whatever was not eaten one day was put out the next morning~ dried out eggs and sausage, no thank you. Also, the pool and hot tub were both closed. With the temperature near 90 each day, it was why I chose this hotel~ such a disappointment with no warning or prior notification. Though we frequently stay at La Quinta properties, we won’t return to this location.

Great location with access to food, shopping and the airport. There was an older gentleman cleaning the lobby restrooms that needs a refresher on customer service. The front desk staff were pleasant.

One of the 3 rooms we reserved was not clean. When brought to her attention, the woman at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful. I have no problem returning because of her response and honest surprise.

I felt like I was in a five-star hotel: exceptionally clean room, very nice facilities, good breakfast, and courteous and professional staff. The curtains actually block all the light and I couldn't hear any road noise inside my room. The hotel is nearby many restaurants and grocery stores. I would stay here again without hesitation. Two minor improvements: a red light and an extractor fan in the bathroom.

Sliding shower doors were replaced with a shower curtain. Not a terrible idea, just a crappy installation. Nighttime front desk lady was very rude. Morning breakfast was a joke. Rock hard biscuits. Watered down OJ.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel was mostly quiet, but it got a bit busier on the weekends with some minor noise. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a very thorough job. If I have another occasion to visit Lubbock in the future, I will choose to stay at La Quinta again.

Parked to check in and there was broken glass in all the spots in front of the pool. Check in was fast and easy, but also a little worrisome as we were checking into a hotel that felt like a ghost town. Even though the hotel looks to be newer it is in bad shape. Room had cracked walls all over, missing baseboard tiles, a broken iron, scratched furniture, a safe that was locked and unusable. Mostly it was in major need of a good cleaning. Top of the headboards covered in dust, hair, dust and debris in every corner, cobwebs in the window, spilled and dried up liquids under lamp table and two dead roaches. Mirror in bathroom was so low I had to duck to use it. I can deal with almost any room, but when they are not clean it is a major issue for me. It looks like the very basic is done to give the appearance of clean, but it was absolutely filthy and will definitely not stay at this property again when we visit Lubbock.
