Esperienza positiva.
Albergo comodo , e ben organizzato. Avevo una camera singola che non era penalizzata da dimensioni troppo piccole come sono in genere le singole.Carino il fuori per fare colazione, non ho provato il ristorante ma mi dicono buono. Personale gentile. Fanno musica la domenica sera, ma non e’ ossessiva…. Si puo’ trovare parcheggio dentro ,ma se e’ pieno e’ abbastanza facile trovarlo nei dintorni dell’ albergo.

Good hotel but no pool in the estate
Overall a good hotel for this level in Forte dei Marmi and close to the beach. Yet the picture was kind of misleding as I though that they had a big swimming pool at rhe hotel which was the main resosn for me to boim there.

Gute Lage…
Die Lage des Hotels war das grösste Plus. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und konnte auch englisch. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten entsprach nicht den Bildern, es war deutlich älter obwohl wir die höhere Katagorie gebucht hatten, wir sahen die anderen Zimmer beim vorbeigehen und die sahen deutlich schöner aus, vermutlich einfach Pech gehabt. Bedingt durch Coronavirus gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet, es lag ein Zettel auf dem Tisch was man alles bestellen konnte, leider nur auf Italienisch und das Personal vom Frühstück sprach ebenfalls nur italienisch. Vom der Ankunft im Frühstücksraum bis zu dem Zeitpunkt wo das Frühstück serviert wurde vergingen 30 Minuten. Wir hatten das Gefühl wir waren ein Störfaktor für das Personal. Zu der Umgebung, es ist sehr schön aber es ist eine Gegend wo eher etwas teurer ist. Strand kostet ca. 32 Euro, der öffentliche Strand ist 1.5km entfernt. Mücken, leider wurden wir von den Mücken ziemlich häufig gestochen, kann niemand etwas dafür aber lästig war es trotzdem.

Posizione strategica a 2 passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Personale giovane e cordiale con titolare simpatico. Hanno soddisfatto pienamente mia richiesta alla prenotazione per parcheggio auto interno in giardino. Camere molto pulite e luminose con balconcino.. Colazione soddisfacente nella veranda esterna. Suggerito per famiglie .Ci tornerò.

verso le 18:00 l'odore della cucina ha invaso la nostra stanza e il sentore di cipolla è rimasto fino a tarda notte e la cena al ristorante interno non è stato per nulla soddisfacente. La colazione invece è ottima e abbondante

It was a great experience altogether. Service was great, breakfast, cleanliness also great. Hotel is a little bit rustic but has all the necessary comforts.

Ottima soluzione
Staff molto accogliente e disponibile, hotel in ottima posizione vicino al mare e diversi ristoranti di buona qualità. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Colazione abbondante e variegata (peccato non aver avuto il bacon con le uova). L'unica nota negativa è il prezzo convenzionale per ombrelloni e lettini di 53 €/giorno, che non è proprio convenzionale.

Weekend di relax
Ho passato un week-end presso l'hotel Raffaelli. Il personale è stato cordiale e gentile. Ambiente confortevole e camere ampia e pulita. Siamo a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e pochi minuti dalla spiaggia. L'unica pecca mancanza di biciclette sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, considerando che non siamo in alto stagione e l'hotel non era pieno. Per il resto consigliatissimo.

mmmmm, smells like eggs again for breakfast!
1. Our room was very close to the kitchen extraction and as a consequence the room often smelt of food. 2. Our room was part of a double, adjoining room: a locked door separated our room from the other guests’ room. Unfortunately the sound dampening wasn’t good and we could hear everything that was said and done in the adjoining room!! 3. Air con didn’t work, though we didn’t notify any staff.

Rapporto qualita/prezzo allineato al contesto dei Forte dei Marmi, ma personalmente disapprovato. Ottimo il ristorante. Quello sì che vale molto.

Staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel restaurant was very good and excellently priced.

The room was dirty and staff is rude
The room clearly had not been cleaned, there was a razor cover in the shower and candy wrapper on the floor. The air conditioner, if you can even call it that, barely cooled the room, when the maid comes in she opens the balcony door and leaves it open, there were mosquitos everywhere. They are very rude and we were yelled at about putting dirty towels in the hall (that they never picked up) You are not allowed to have guests in your room, the manager yelled at us about that as well. The pool and beach chairs are $50 euro a day and not included in your stay?!? Left 2 days early and they tried to make me pay extra money as a "penalty" and threatened to call the police if I did not. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Ottima posizione, in centro e vicino alla spiaggia, wifi e parcheggio gratuito, buona colazione con cameriere (di Potenza) davvero gentile. Peccato che una parte delle camere diano sul muro di fronte scrostato. E poi perchè continua a mantenere l'insegna e i campioncini marchiati Best Western anche se da un controllo incrociato non appartiene più alla catena alberghiera?

Saubere Zimmer, gute Lage!
Der Service habe ich nur schlecht bewertet, da die Reservierung von Velos nicht geklappt hat. Als diese dann am nächsten Tag da war, waren sie zu klein oder im schlechten Zustand! Service war auch schlecht als wir über 10 min auf Bedienung gewartet haben. Da der Portier nicht anwesend war. Es hatte auch keine Klingel gehabt. Obwohl wir gerufen haben, kam niemand!

Misleading
This hotel information is misleading. The pictures shown on the hotel website are images of the facility that is more than 1 km away from the hotel. The hotel is quite old, in need of significant remodeling. By no means, is this a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. A 2 star maybe. I had prepaid for 3 nights, but left before even staying one night when I saw the hotel.

Überaus freundliches Personal, super Lage
Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.Strand nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, auch Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer und besonders Bad sehr schön. Kellner im Restaurant sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der einzige Verdruß waren die unverhältnismäßig vielen fliegenden Händler am Strand (total nervig !!) aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nix.

Mette insieme la qualità di una conosciuta catena di hotel con l'atmosfera e l'accoglienza più "familiare" di un albergo di dimensioni ridotte. Ottima posizione vicino al centro.

Best western park raffaelli
L'accueil et la réception sont impeccables. Chambre spacieuse et tres propre. (Parquet prévu pour 2013)Toutes les chambres ne disposent pas d'une terrasse. Il faudra oublier la vue sur le paysage car hormis les maisons rien à voir. L'hôtel est à 100 de la plage du coup la piscine aussi. Transats parasols serviettes à disposition. Pour les activités physiques tennis salle de fitness etc il faut parcourir 1km pour bénéficier des installations de la ville. Fumisterie car ce n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif de l'hôtel et donc pas pratique. Pdj peu varié et tres sucré. Ne pas hésiter à demander au serveur des œufs plats ou coques. Situé à 5mm à pied du centre ville. Forte dei Marmi est une très jolie ville pour de riches vacanciers. A 10 kms Viareggio est plus abordable et plus grande.

Zentrale Lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral für Shopping und Essen. In Zwei Minuten hat man den Hoteleigenen Strand erreicht. Die Bar war für einen Apéro nur auf Anfrage offen, was eventl. auf das Saisonende zurückzuführen war. Ansonste war alles i.O.

the hotel is acceptable for a night or two nights stay, wouldn't recomment for longer vacations. Usual Italian medium level hotel. Definetly not a 4star but good 3star hotel. Nice staff.
