Prezzo elevato rispetto a quanto ottenuto. La camera era confortevole ma scarsità di consumabili. La colazione era davvero povera di prodotti e invece di iniziare alle 7.30 di fatti è iniziata dopo le 8.00

L'albergo necessita decisamente di un ammodernamento. la camera era minuscola e appena entrato sentivo un cattivo odore di chiuso. La colazione era a parte, ma arrivato in struttura mi dicono che dopo il Covid non hanno più attivato il servizio colazione. Vicino c'è una pasticceria, purtroppo chiusa il giorno in cui ero lì.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di lavoro in questo hotel, ma poi sono stato dirottato in un altra struttura a 2 stelle. L'hotel era chiuso ma la proposta su Hotels era disponibile. Situazione poco seria. Per motivi di orario ho dovuto accettare, ma eviterei. Tra l'altro ho pagato la stessa cifra (poco onesti). Peccato

Meget venligt personale - ca. 10 min på gå-ben fra Lucca. Trygt område. Rent. Køleskab på værelse. Lille værelse, men fint til os. Morgenmaden: der var hvad der skulle være af kaffe, juice, brød og frugt. Man kunne sidde i en lille hyggelig gårdhave og spise. Hotellet laver gode aperol spritz 😉

Joli hôtel bien placé
Confortable hôtel près du centre historique,personnel très agréable. Le seul bémol est que la description de Hotels.com precise « piscine extérieure «  alors qu’il s’agit d’un jacuzzi, et payant de surcroît.

Une halte en partant en vacances
Lucca est une ville longtemps attendue. Elle est magnifique avec sa place ovale et ses tours majestueuses. Une halte vaut largement la peine. Et pourquoi pas choisir une date du summer festival!

A quiet hotel situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of the walled city of Lucca, providing all you would expect from that category of hotel. Staff are very friendly and particularly helpful. We walked from the train station (20 minutes). The local public authority do not believe in laying out proper pavements,most of the pedestrian areas are simply loose stones which are a nightmare to traverse pulling suitcases ( this is NOT the fault of the hotel), so best advise to prospective guests is to take a taxi (5minutes).

Soggiorno a Lucca
Pernottare in hotel di questo tipo, classificati 3 stelle, quando in realtà sarebbero ad 1 stella e non poter riposare per tutto il tempo del soggiorno è allucinante. Non ho mai pernottato in hotel italiani ed esteri che non provvedano GRATUITAMENTE alla sostituzione quotidiana degli sciugamani, soprattutto in zone limitrofe ad aree balneari e che servano colazioni a buffet al costo di Euro 8 a persona. Esperienza NEGATIVA

Ho scelto questo hotel per assistere ad un concerto al Lucca summer festival. La posizione è ottima, appena fuori le mura si arriva al centro storico in 10 minuti a piedi. Per il resto, l'hotel è molto essenziale, la nostra camera aveva la porta del bagno danneggiata e si sentiva il rumore del motore del condizionatore. Inoltre, avendo prenotato una matrimoniale superior, prevedeva un frigobar che invece non c'era. Colazione buona e personale gentile.

They even had soya milk for me.. i normally have to supply my own - no big deal but the fact that they had soya and even rice milk is an example of how well thought they are.

Great value close to city center
This is a very nice hotel with attentive staff. There is a library with lots of old books about Lucca's history, a lounge with TV, and there is a resident calico cat. There is some nice modern artwork, and a good breakfast for 8 euros per day. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the train station, which is a bit inconvenient, though I am sure there is a bus if I had had the patience to figure it out. More importantly, it is just about a 10 minute walk into the historic walled city. For about half the price of staying in the old city, this is a great deal. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel are some restaurants, a gelato shop, and grocery stores. It is a real Italian neighborhood, and pretty quiet at night. There is a nice courtyard for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. The first night I stayed in the room on the first floor off the courtyard and I would not stay there again due to lack of privacy, and noise from voices and an air conditioner unit. In the cold months it might be fine.

Billig og bra
Hotellet ligger rett utenfor bymur i Lucca. Kun kort avstand til sentru, Hotellet har noen pakeringsplasser (enda bedre om du har liten bil) som er en fordel i Lucca. Heilt greit hotell for en til 2 overnattinger for den prisen. Billig og bra.

Svært hyggelig betjening. Hotellet ligger 500 meter fra porten til gamlebyen Siena. Enkelt å finne. Lett å finne hotellet. Gikk greit å få parkert. Rommet helt ok. Dette er et enkelt hotell men du får det meste.

Nice hotel close to Lucca
Hotel Bernadino was a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Lucca. The rooms are small but comfortable, and a really good breakfast was included in the price. You can rent bikes at the hotel, and bike into the city in less than 10 minutes.

Småtrevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Låg några kvarter bort från Luccas stadsmur. Det var lite svårt att hitta dit. Speciellt på kvällen när det var mörkt. Rent och snyggt men sängen(dubbelsäng) var liten och inte så bra. Det saknades bröd till frukosten som även i övrigt var i sparsammaste laget för ett hotell i den prisklassen.

Good budget hotel 5 minutes walk from city centre
I had a very pleasant stay here - slight hiccup on arrival as they couldn't find my booking and then thought I was only staying for one night; but the upshot was I got a double room instead of a single so I was quite happy with that! The location was great - a 20 minute walk to the station and frequent trains to Pisa, Florence and other Tuscan destinations, but there is plenty to see and do in Lucca too, with dozens of restaurants to choose from.

Friendly but room tiny and outside the old city
Staff were very friendly and helpful here. However the room was incredibly small. Also it's a good ten minutes walk to get to the walls of Lucca so I wouldn't stay outside the old city again.
