“숙소자체는 깨끗하고 다 좋았는데, 세면대에 물이 안빠지고 계속 차올라서 너무 별로였어요.”

“The lobby is nice. Our room had some peeling paint”

“This is a great and modern property, unfortunately during my stay the elevator was not working”

“편안하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 옆방에서 나는 소음이 차단이 되지 않은 단점이 있었습니다.”

“No problems at all! Always a great stay”

“Property in itself was ok. My opinion as far staff is that if your going to be at workplace to conform to Hotel dress code. House keeping did adhere to dress code. I saw just 1 front desk employee wearing a HGI shirt and that was Kris. Breakfast in itself was horrible, Sausage undercooked and no orange juice.”

“Just a wonderful experience”

“We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!”

“The place was clean but we found two roaches in the bathroom.”
