"Excellent location in Old Town!! Very close to the Chapel Bridge, lots of restaurants, the train station, and Lake Lucerne. We stayed there for 5 nights and took a few day trips, so it was great to be within walking distance of the train station. The hotel was really nice and clean, and the staff were helpful."
"The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station. The hotel gives you a discount train pass for the whole area, good for trains and buses. The pass also gives you a 10% discount for Mount Pilatus train ride. Morning breakfasts are included. It is a great place to stay."
"Love love this hotel. It was very clean and staff are super friendly. I’m definitely staying here again and will recommend everyone to check this place out. We took advantage of the bus right in front of the hotel. You can cross the street and be at the most peaceful part of Lake Luzern. I enjoyed my walk and dipping my feet in the lake. I can’t wait to go back! Oh and the breakfast was heavenly. "
