โMy husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was wonderful. Staff was helpful and kind. Steve in the rooftop restaurant was amazing and canโt thank him enough for the delightful breakfast and dessert. We will be back again! The Virginian staff is fabulous! โ
โMy grandsons (3 and 5) loved the size of the room and bathroom. Very spacious. The 14' ceilings made the space seem enormous. They loved the different shoes on the doors, so we took a tour to see them all. Then we decided which ones we liked best. A great way for them to unwind after being in a car seat for 2 hours. โThis was my first TRU stay. It was awesome. I may not go back to Hampton Inns. We did have one issue with our A/C and they immediately offered to move us. Excellent customer service. โ
โThe appearance of the room looked clean, however we tried to run a bath and we could not get the tub to fill. When packing up to leave we noticed a there was a roach in the side table. Nice staff though. Looks like they may be remodeling some of the rooms. โ
