Kyle was great, very friendly and helpful! The bed was hard as a rock, the pull out couch was horrendous. The couch was so deformed even with the bed closed up you could visibly see the cushions slouching. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch even though there were 3 of us listed on the reservation. Breakfast was nice with plenty options.

At the reception they told me that in my room I had bottles with water and I looked and I couldn't find the water
