“The rooms are somewhat dated. Thankfully, I was moved from my original room and placed in a room with a functioning air conditioner. The best part of my stay was the breakfast buffet and coffee. It was phenomenal! The hotel is close to shopping villages, mansion tours and the Hudson River. You must dine at Bistro 12 and order the seafood pasta dish!”

“I left something in the room and I immediately received an alert of the left behind item and a choice to either get it mailed or picked up”

“The room didn’t feel clean, the restaurant inside had one person running it and was very late taking our order for food and drinks. The staff at the door was very nice, outside of that it wasn’t a very good experience. I’ve been in cheaper hotels that were cleaner and better with service!”

“Odeur agréable, service très ordinaire, aucun sourire. Les chambres correct mais extrêmement mal insonorisé. Le restaurant affilié dégage une odeur d’humidité désagréable. Pour le prix d’environ 250$ la nuit ça ne vaut pas la peine.”

“Hallways smelled like feet. Overall very clean quiet hotel.”

“It was alright to stay for the business trip.”

“The check in process was seamless and everyone at the front desk always greeted us with a smile. The website says that the bar was open until midnight but the person working the evening I was there decided to shut it down before 11 pm (while a group of us were watching the FIFA game) and she left the hotel before midnight. Not sure what happened there, but that was the only thing we were disappointed about.”

“Oh I loved the bed and the pillows. They smell really clean and slept really well as I had not in a long time. My only quirk is the curtain didn’t fully close. But other wise I am super happy. Thank you!!”
