"This is a uniquely situated, rustic property, run by lovely people. You will get a real experience of deep Morocco in the High Atlas if you visit. The area is incredibly beautiful. "This guesthouse is exceptional. Especially for families, but for anyone who likes a green oasis with animals and plants in every corner. The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious. There's a welcome package with info about the farm, mealtimes, activities in the area, and info about Ramadan. The hosts and staff are so friendly and happy to help or chat. "

"Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. I found myself having to be overly friendly just to get basic hospitality back, which made the whole experience feel awkward and forced. The evening entertainment was also a let-down. The show lasted around 15 minutes at 10pm and then that was it. My partner and I sat in the lounge area afterwards to enjoy the desert atmosphere, but a staff member kept circling around us and watching us. It became obvious he was annoyed that we weren't back in our tent by 11pm. They eventually switched off all the lights until the place was almost completely blacked out, leaving us with little choice but to call it a night lol. To top it off, our taxi driver back to Marrakech told us that out of all the Agafay camps (he’s a local there) , this one is known for having some of the poorest hospitality. He even mentioned they don't offer drivers something as simple as a glass of water while they're waiting, which says a lot about the overall attitude towards people. The desert itself was STUNNINGGG😍… but you can get those pics elsewhere!!! The hospitality fell far below expectations. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend to pick another camp."
