“When my family and I entered our room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though we had reserved a non-smoking room. I went downstairs to notify the front desk about the issue right away. I also asked a staff member to come to the room and verify the odor so there would be documentation and we would not be held responsible or charged a cleaning fee for the smoke smell.”

“That's a great hotel. Very clean and everything is still new.”

“The property and rooms were clean and the location was great!! The staff was also nice!! There is no hot breakfast, and very basic, but decent enough to put something in your stomach to start the day. There is also no pool, but it was all good 👍 I would still stay again!”

“I booked a room through Expedia. When i got to the Hotel they told me my room was not avaliable. When i told them i would just have to cancel due to them not having a room big enough to accomodate my family the hotel told me i would have to be charged a cancellation fee that cost almost as much as the room did for one night. After asking how that was fair to me due to it being their issue and not mine They said they would go ahead and cancel and not charge me. As of now they have still charged...

“Toliet would not flush and no one available to fix. We ended up having to get linger ourselves and plunge toliet. We had tracked over 8 hours and needed to use toliet and shower. Front desk did not help in a timely manner so we had to figure out ourselves”
