“That's a great hotel. Very clean and everything is still new.”

“The desk attendant was very friendly, cheerful and respectful We had to get a handicap room since my spouse is 4 months postop major back surgery. Room very clean, bed very comfortable Bath also very clean. Kitchen amenities very easy”

“The hotel randomly receives a fee for pets. Hotel cheat with this. If you ask for a refund saying you didn’t bring your pet, they will lie and say they saw you with your pet and won’t give tou a refund. This is the worst hotel ever.”

“The reason I gave it a 3 star is the air deodorizers or something they use is nearly unbearable - had trouble sleeping”

“방에 물이 없으니 물을 사서 들어가면 편합니다”

“Everything was great from check in to check out. Hotel is new and rooms were clean. Staff at full breakfast were friendly and helpful. It was an overall pleasant stay!”

The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear a constant humming from the AC units in neighboring rooms, even when your own AC is turned off. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to noise, but it was really hard for me to sleep. The front desk employee tried to be helpful and moved me to another room, but it didn't make much...

“We really loved it here, they really take care of you.”
