"This place was such a disappointment. They call it a “penthouse,” but it’s really not. The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. On top of that, the AC barely worked so the apartment was cold, and the blow dryer didn’t work properly either — not exactly convenient for female guests. Overall, the apartment felt...

25-04-2025 ile 27-04-2025 tarihlerinde otelinizde konakladım. Ancak konaklamam sırasında birçok sorun yaşadım:
• Oda havalandırmaları oldukça kirliydi ve odada yerde böcekler geziyordu.
• Altıncı katta kalıyorduk ancak asansör çalışmıyordu. Durumu bildirmemize rağmen ancak iki saat sonra geri dönüş yapıldı.
• Otele giriş saati 15:00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen 16:30’a kadar giriş yapmamıza izin verilmedi.
• Koridor kapıları şifreliydi, ancak bize şifre bilgisi verilmedi....

"Wifi didn't work. Kept complaining. Just more useless passwords. Eventually gave up. Luckily the hotels and cafes nearby let you use their wifi. If it was in Albania Dubai or Sofia I'd be screwed. Also heat didn't work well. Slept in my full clothes 1st night with quilt too. Eventually it started to heat up and the weather turned milder. I had it on 32 celcius(90 F) highest setting otherwise it wouldn't work at all. Mgt co. is terrible. Otherwise was ok. I would say ok for 1 night but not cold...

We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
