“Pristine accommodations and outstanding service together with natural beauty ”

“Worst experience. I understand small inconveniences. But our lock stopped working, we had to wait outside. Then for 2 hours we’re trying to fix and “investigate” finally moved us 5 minutes before we had to leave for dinner, which was cutting it close. Went back at night and the light and tv in our new room weren’t working. Called again and needed someone to come in a fix it. My husband and I’s alone time was cut very short. Also it is dog friendly hotel which is fine. But I complained about it...

“A really nice little stay for one night in Nantucket. Lovely little General Store down the street had wonderful breakfast burritos and there is a fantastic coffee shop by the airport behind the gas station (Nantucket Roasters). We appreciated the communication and opportunity to store our bags when we were on the go as well!”

“I loved the hotel, very clean and staff was great! I wish my room had been in the main building because I did not get breakfast the first day of my stay. I was hoping that it was served in both locations, but no one told me that it was only served in the main building when I checked in nor was I told the hours for breakfast (I used Google to get this information.)”
