โThe hotel is a mid-rise brick building that was previously a paint factory. It has stylish decor related to the paint factory. Our king suite had a bedroom area, a separate living area, and a double sink bathroom with a double sized shower with two rain shower fixtures. We paid extra for the breakfast at Palette, the restaurant and it was very good. Parking was an extra $20 per night in the adjacent parking garage. We attended a concert at a stadium, and the hotel provided a free shuttle both...
โWe were a bit hesitant that the renovation was not great, but it was beautiful! Clean, nice, tasteful with a nod to the era of the historic hotel and area. Met the owner who was very nice, had a peaceful walk in historic Mansion Hills are, and a very quiet restful night. โ
โThe buffet was not well attended to. There are two stations that can only be served by attendants but usually no one is around to help with them. One thing that would be easy to fix: the utensils for self serve are horrible and frustrating to use- a little tiny fork for the cornichons and a knife for the mustard? And you fish everything out of jars. Just tacky and poorly thought out. The tongs are slippery. Just poorly designed all the way around โ
โThe faculty and room are absolutely gorgeous. I also like that the check in is all online and you donโt have to actually deal with a front desk person. My only complaint is the parking situation. If the garage is all reserved, you have to park off site a few blocks away. The neighborhood isnโt the greatest and I was traveling with a child. โ

This is the perfect place to find relaxation and also access all of the excitement and fun that Downtown Madison has to offer. Sunrises and sunsets are unparalleled and the hosts were welcoming and provided top-notch service! I hope to be able to stay again after their upcoming renovations.โ
