The room is in an apartment consisting of a long corridor, a kitchen , one bathroom with bath/ shower and a separate toilet and 6 other rooms for guests. Very clean. Our room was with a TV, table , chair and hangers. The bed is comfortable. The only minus that there is no air conditioning in the room and the window is opening inside the inner yard of the building, so it might be hot in summer. All the guests of this apartment were very quiet , we hardly met them, the bathrooms were available to use most of the time. The location is very central which is a great plus. Good experience overall!

Das Zimmer war okay, das Bad leider nicht wirklich sauber. Der Check-in war etwas seltsam. Wir haben mit drei verschiedenen Personen Kontakt gehabt und die selbe Nachricht mindestens fünf mal erhalten, dass man ab einem Check-in nach 20 Uhr 15€ und nach 22 Uhr 40€ zahlen muss. Zudem standen wir 20 Minuten vor verschlossener Tür und niemand hat die Anrufe angenommen. Nachts war es super laut und sehr hell

Nice place ,nicely styled apartment only a short walk to two different metro line, with 2 lines each so you can get about very easily the only reason that i have given this apartment 4 and not 5 stars is that it doesn't have air conditioning and it was very hot when i visited Madrid they did provide a large fan not its not the same as ac and the whole time i was there i didn't sleep very well as i was too hot all the time

Appartement propre, accès à la cuisine pratique. Il devait y avoir 2 chambres dans le couloir et 2 derrière la cuisine. Pour les problèmes de température d'eau de la douche, je pense que ça dépend du débit. C'est-à-dire pas de problème si on tire assez d'eau.

La chambre single est minuscule et ne correspondait pas à la photo sur la page de réservation. C'est une arnaque. Aussi, la serrure de la porte d'entrée dans la rue était très difficile à ouvrir. Ça ouvrait 1 fois sur 5. Très stressant de ne pouvoir rentrer à chaque fois. Les autres hôtes rencontraient le même souci donc sonnaient parfois en pleine nuit piyr que l'on leur ouvre ! L'eau chaude de la salle de bain : plutôt très tiède ! Le propriétaire n'a jamais considéré mes plaintes. Bref je ne recommande pas ce logement !
