The best hotel !
마드리드 시내까지 거리가 다소 멀지만 호텔 밑에서 53번 버슬 타고 한번에 이동할 수 있다. 직원들이 모두 매우 친절하고 객실도 아주 깨끗하고 침대도 숙면을 하기에 너무 좋은 상태를 유지하고 있었다. 날씨가 추워 이용하지 못했지만 수영장과 테라스가 있어 호텔 외부시설도 아주 좋았다. 마드리드에 간다면 꼭 다시 방문할 호텔 !

Estuvo bien, me comentaron que el desayuno iba a ser 12€ y al final pagué 19€, el desayuno era muy sencillo y el personal del buffet estaban inquietos por levantar los platos antes de levantarse el cliente. No obstante, la habitación estuvo bien. Y recepción muy amables.

The property seems modern and well maintained. Rooms have a funny smell, maybe from the type of cleaning product used. but the are clean. Breakfast is served very nicely but the staff is seems undertrained. The first morning, from the moment we walked in, the gentleman attending, rather that orienting us where to sit, he waited until we picked a table to shout from the entrance that the particular section was closed. Shouting, in an empty restaurant. Second day, my daughter finished breakfast and was eating a plain croissant when my wife instructed her to rush to the room and grab her things to leave, which she did with the half eaten bread in hand and mouth full. The same ill-mannered person from the day before, went after my underage daughter, halfway to the elevator and grabbed her arm to tell her that she could not take food from the restaurant. She came back to my wife and sat down to finish the piece of bread. I did not deal with this at the time and with hotel management because I just learned about this after the trip but sincerely hope that this message reaches the hotel.

Bekvämt hotel med bra mat
Bodde tre nätter med familjen och var vår bas för att utforska fantastiska Madrid. Vi var nöjda överlag. Madrassen till barnens extrabädd kunde varit mer bekvämlig att sova på men det var det enda att klaga på. Avståndet till centrum är 15-20 min med taxi som kostar 17-19 euro enkel väg. Frukosten älskade alla i familjen. Vi åt middag i restaurangen varje kväll och den var också mycket bra. Hovmästaren Miguel Angel såg till att vi valde de bästa vinerna och kombinationen av mat.

Booked this at absolute last minute after my rental accommodation cancelled just after landing in Madrid. Got a really good deal and was really happy with the hotel. 53 bus stops just around the corner and takes you straight into Madrid centre and runs every 10 minutes. Hotel itself very high quality. Did the buffet breakfast on 1 day and it was very good with lots of choice. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Good quality gym too

Flott hotell. Eneste jeg ikke vil, er å anbefale frokosten, den var dyr, tørr og kjedelig. Ellers er det et topp hotell nærme flyplass og sentrum.

I totally love this hotel since it’s lobby is beautiful and the staff are always friendly .. The rooms are pristine, the area is super safe that you can stroll and find dining options available at a reasonable walking distance and the airport is nearby. 💯 recommended!

This hotel is located in a quiet and safe business / embassy district. It has a spacious lobby as well as a large patio. Our suite had large windows that was the entire northside of the room with ample lighting and great views of the city. The staff (reception and house cleaning) are very accommodating with requests. This is especially true with Ivan. He went out of his way to fulfil our requests and questions . We were especially pleased with his friendly and professional customer service skills as well as his multi linguistic abilities (French, English, Spanish). There is a great shopping centre 5 minutes walk away for all your shopping, dining and grocery needs. For those that don’t mind exploring the city by walking - this hotel is for you as it’s a safe walk from the outside of the busy downtown core that houses the famous Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum and much more!
