[장점] 1. 마드리드 아토차역 바로 앞이라서 교통편 이용 용이 2. 인근에 슈퍼, 저렴한 맛집이 많음 3. 리셉션 직원이 친절함 [단점] 1. 생각보다 방이 협소하며 슬리퍼가 없음 2. 숙박중 룸클리닝 서비스 미제공 [단점이지만 보완되는 점] 1. 창문 틈으로 외풍이 들어옴 : 2024년 1월 기준 방에 있는 난로를 발치에 틀어놓고 자니 문제 없었음 한국인분들 참고하시기 바랍니다! 가성비 좋지만 3인 이상은 쾌적하게 묵기 어려울 수 있습니다.

We would like to remind you that in Madrid you can drink water from the tap, this is why we have the glases in the room, and also as we have informed in the confirmation of the reservation in our establishment we dont have a daily cleaning service. Room was great. The sofa bed had a good mattress and was made for us upon arrival. It did feel like a mystery game going thru so many doors and codes to find the room. Good location!

A very good chain hotel for tech savvy travelers. All contacts can be done online without seeing staff. It is very clean and quiet with double windows to block street noise. Close to train station and walkable to city attractions. A lot of eating choices nearby. Highly recommended.

Check in was more complicated than usual with multiple security codes. Room was small but neat and fronts along a main city street. (Was somewhat noisy at night as Madrid seemingly never sleeps) No maid service provided during multiple night stay. Close proximation and walking distance to many cultural sites and good restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is true that we are located on Atocha Street, one of the main streets in Madrid with a certain pace of life, but it is also an area with restricted traffic, so the pace of life at night is calmer. Notas de lo malo , solo para que lo tomen en cuenta y tenga una buena experiencia de viaje MALO: No es un hotel como tal, no hay recepción, las camas, por lo menos la nuestra (Habitación 13) con resortes horribles que lastimaban al sentarse y para dormir peor. Pienso que no vale la pena hospedarse aquí, sobre todo cuando el precio está similar a un hotel, piensen antes de ahorrar un poco. De verdad mejor no lo hagan. Enfrente está el hotel Red Radisson y se ve hermoso! La limpieza regular. Para acceder te dan un código para la puerta de la calle y luego otro para 2 puertas posteriores. Asegúrense de ya llevar Internet al llegar al Hotel, porque como no hay recepción, pueden estar esperando sin nadie que les abra. El cuarto es de tamaño pequeño- regular. Almohadas malas. Regadera y baños bien. Tienen aire acondicionado para calor y frío, sirve. Había un calentador de piso que nunca prendió, pero si es importante cuando el clima de la ciudad marca frío. Eso sí a la hora del check out, por primera vez se presentó una persona tocando, “es momento de check out “ jajajajaja cuando ni la bienvenida nos dieron. No hay caja fuerte “BUENO” La cercanía a la estación de Atocha. Pudimos ir caminando a la mayoría de los puntos. TIPS: Hay una parada de Big Bis, City Tours Madrid, justo en la esquina, los de City Tours pasan más seguido. Hay un Starbucks a la vuelta. Y un restaurante que se llama el Brillante, típico español excelente sabor y precios.

Rooms are smaller, older and less maintained than what is shown on photos. Access inside the building, then reaching to elevator than to the room again is a kind of challenge every time. Concept of self service hotel sounds nice, but the building and the surroundings are not structured around it. One more note for self service concept: if something happens to your cell phone after 18:00 (even ran out of charge), you can be in great trouble.

Limited accessibility to the reception desk. It opens 10:00-6:00, so if you arrive earlier, good luck to you! Coffee is served during these hours as well, not earlier in the morning when you really need it before you go out for the day. Rooms were not cleaned in our three night/three day stay. Location is impeccable, everything around you including even important museums and parks. This is not a hotel but a kind of a combination between AirBnB and motel.

This place was cozy and nicely decorated. The bathroom was very clean and the room had nice lighting and atmosphere. One perk is that the tv had a setting to connect your device and cast your own streaming app. For us, that made the stay very enjoyable for coming back during siesta hours in the afternoon. My only real complaint (and this could be a deal breaker for some…) we were in room 14 and the mattress was abysmal. We could few all the springs. Comfortable pillows, large bed, awful mattress. It may just have been our room, I don’t know… but it may be worth requesting not to be put in room 14 in case it’s better in another room. We still managed to sleep ok and enjoyed our time in Madrid immensely, but please be aware of that. The other issue to be aware of is that the building is historic and is currently being refurbished. This was not a big deal to us and didn’t cause us any real discomfort because we understand the need for these types of things and it’s out of management’s control but the windows are partially obstructed by scaffolding. It’s been happening for a while and will probably go on for a good while.

Amazing place to stay
We had a fantastic stay at Uma Suites! The room was spacious and tidy. Alongside this the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was great - it felt safe and was close to a beautiful park (El retiro Park). The reason it isn’t rated a 10 is only due to a weird smell in the bathroom that came and went (might be because of the pipes).

The room was very well adapted for a family of 4, and clean at all times.The location of this hotel is very convenient, very close to the bus stations and train stations, it feels safe to walk during the day and at night. We definitely will book at Uma suites again.

Ruido y obras a las 8 de la mañana
Personal amable en recepción, pero desgraciadamente mi experiencia fue muy mala porque estaban en obras y obreros haciendo ruido y golpeando a primera hora de la mañana, literalmente detrás de las ventanas de la habitación.

Tal y como os hemos informado en los mensajes anteriores de tu llegada, Uma Suites Atocha se encuentra en un edificio residencial histórico protegido, desde hace unas semanas se han instalado unos andamios en nuestro edificio para realizar los trabajos de protección de la fachada. Los trabajos se realizarán durante el día de lunes a viernes y no afectarán al descanso nocturno. Sentimos las molestias causadas. Fijne kamer nabij station
Goed gelegen, mooie, ruimer kamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Er zijn gemeenschappelijke koffie- en theefaciliteiten tussen 10 en 18h.

Very convenient location to the train station, and clear access instructions were provided. The room was bigger than I expected. The building is under construction, but there was no noise or disturbance while we were there.

Some weeks ago, scaffolding has been installed in our building to carry out the protection work on the façade. Espacio muy reducido, mucha humedad y en obra del edificio exterior por lo que no se pueden abrir las ventanas, igual en la entrada está en obra, creo q eso lo tendrían que avisar o en su caso no rentar así
