“Staff unhelpful when we asked for things. The room didn’t have phone so we had to walk every time to the front desk. 2 pillow each bed for double/queen beds. As soon as you walk in the room, it stinks. It smelled like pee and smoked and it isn’t a pleasant experience. The AC was loud and rattling. Just awful experience overall.”
