"If there was zero stars I would give it. There were bedbugs in my room, molded around the shower missing fire smoke alarm. My room was moved and I found more bugs in the shower area. The health department needs to adore investigation there. The management over a one week stay gave me a $22 discount for my inconveniences. Extremely disappointing. No soap at all on site for any laundry, and the breakfast is nonexistent. The lady who serviced her around seemed very very nice, it appears management has restrictions on the amount of time they are allowed in each room to clean"

"The Doubletree Greenway Plaza is not a new facility but it is updated and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. Two of the escalators to the parking structure were not working. Self parking can be challenging, so I would recommend valet."
