"I was weary of booking this hotel because of the lack of reviews but I stayed here for 3 months while working in Germany and enjoyed it so much I recommended it to my colleague to book as well. The people who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful with any questions. The man who works the breakfast room remembered on my 3rd day what I would want to eat and cooked it without asking. Being able to open your doors and look out at the river was my favorite part and it's a very nice, safe area....

"The property had all the things you need and was in close walking distance of the market and other attractions. It was clear and the receptionist was great. There is no baggage stor as listed but the receptionist took our bags which was really nice. It was very loud, loud music untill late in neighbouring properties one night and a fight the next, tram noise which is to be expected. Overall a good stay in well furnished apartment."

"Bold Hotel Frankfurt is a very well renovated apart-style hotel located in the suburbs 5 minutes away from an S-bahn and tram system. The single studio that I stayed it was absolutely excellent as it came with a very modern design and quite spacious, coming with an extra bonus of the studio kitchen. (the pictures actually don't do it justice, the room was bigger than my student accommodations!) One big gripe one would argue is the lack of air conditioning, which might be a must in the summer...

"This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"There was a Sports Gambling parlour & Ladies' Spa & Tanning salon on bldg ground floor (photo)- those places looked sleazy. The Apart sign at location read Apart Hotel "Boarding House" (photo). A Boardinghouse suggests a different type of clientele than a guest hotel. Do not recall online listing as Boardinghouse, only Hotel when I booked it. Getting to Apart was very hard to find & drive car to. Parking was ? and area was poorly lighted, sketchy, and dirty looking (photo). Apart Boardinghouse...

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

"There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. "Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything.
